Romantic entertaining

The client requested several seating areas, privacy, water features and a romantic setting for her statues.

This property, full of character, required a suitably animated garden. A few mature shrubs were retained as anchor points and a new garden created along a diagonal axis, parallel to the main garden wall.

The client requested several seating areas, privacy, water features and a romantic setting for her statues. The design took into consideration the Art and Craft detailing in the house and incorporated the client’s statues as focal points.

The garden has a number of interlinked areas and is very successfully used for entertaining while creating the private space required.

Views show different seating areas and glimpses of garden through and beyond covered arches. Roses and clematis surround the circular seating area.
