An Edwardian garden

The statue forms a focal point connecting the paths, while plants have been chosen to work with the period of the house.

An area of undulating grass was the main view from this Edwardian house. A difficult shape to work with, a line perpendicular to the front door was used to create a workable grid and off this axis various paths and seating areas designed.

A timber and rope catenary follows the line of existing lime trees and the statue forms a focal point connecting the paths.

The plants, chosen to work with the period of the house, are in their early stages but will in time soften the lines of the pathways.
